The Unified Audit Committee (UAC) is a group of local tax officials and representatives of the Department of Revenue. The UAC coordinates joint audit activities among the various jurisdictions and publishes uniform guidelines that interpret the model city tax code. A printed version of the Model City Tax Code is available by contacting the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. Fourteen cities and towns in Arizona collect their own sales tax. These fourteen have adopted common application forms and reporting forms. Contact information is provided to those cities:
